London International Studies & Research Centre — lisrc.co.uk
Updated 6 October 2026. This notice describes information handled through the London International Studies & Research Centre website at lisrc.co.uk. Separate student, examination and other linked services may have their own notices.
Information you provide
When you request a proposal, course guide, research paper or certificate, we receive the details you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, organisation, programme interest and message. We use these details to respond to your request and administer the service you asked for. Please do not include payment-card details or sensitive personal information in free-text fields. The certificate request form separately offers an optional passport upload for checking the name to appear on your certificate.
How enquiries are stored and handled
Website enquiries are stored in our hosted Supabase database and are available to authorised staff through our leads dashboard. Certification requests may also be forwarded to our CRM for follow-up. The page where you submitted the form and available campaign information may accompany the request. Our hosting and service providers process information needed to operate these services.
For abuse prevention, the submission service records a hash derived from the requesting IP address and limits repeated requests. Hosting and service providers may also maintain technical access and security logs.
Optional passport copies for certificate requests
If you choose to attach a passport copy, we use it to check your name against your certificate request. You may cover details that are not needed for this purpose. The file is stored in private hosted storage and can be downloaded only through staff-authorised access. Passport files and their filenames are not sent to website analytics or attached to the CRM copy of a request. To request deletion of your copy or ask about how long it is held, contact support@lisrc.co.uk and identify your certificate request without re-sending the document.
Cookies and optional measurement
The website asks before loading optional Google Analytics and Meta advertising tags. These services can collect page visits, device and browser information, cookie identifiers and interactions for measurement and advertising. Choosing “Use necessary only” keeps these tags off; the website, globe, forms and downloads still work.
Your privacy choice is saved in this browser for up to 180 days. If you allow optional cookies, campaign information can also be retained for the current browser tab to identify the source of an enquiry. You can change your choice using in the footer. Turning optional cookies off stops subsequent loading and removes the first-party measurement cookies this website can access. You can manage other cookies in your browser settings.

Optional ChatGPT ad measurement
On the Digital Marketing course page, visitors who arrive from a ChatGPT ad can separately choose whether OpenAI may measure a successfully saved course enquiry. The optional box is not required to submit the form and does not change your Google or Meta cookie choice. When allowed, the OpenAI Pixel can use ad and browser identifiers, page-origin information and enquiry event identifiers. If automatic advanced matching is enabled, supported contact details are normalised and hashed in your browser before transmission; raw contact details are not sent through that matching feature. Free-guide downloads and certificate requests are excluded from this course-enquiry conversion.
The OpenAI Pixel may use first-party __oppref cookies for up to 30 days and __obref cookies for up to 365 days. This website remembers your OpenAI permission and eligible ad source for up to 30 days. Untick the measurement box or choose “Use necessary only” to stop subsequent OpenAI measurement and remove these cookies. A later visit from Google Ads or another identified paid channel takes priority over the stored OpenAI source. See OpenAI’s privacy policy for its practices.
Choosing a WhatsApp, email, partner-institute or other external link opens a separate service, whose own privacy terms apply. Service providers may process data in countries outside your location. See Supabase’s privacy notice, Google’s privacy policy and Meta’s privacy policy for their practices.
Your information and choices
To ask about information held about you, request a correction or deletion, object to marketing, or ask about retention and service providers, contact support@lisrc.co.uk or +971 58 958 3070. Please identify the enquiry concerned without sending passwords or sensitive documents. Applicable privacy rights and any record-retention obligations depend on the service and jurisdiction.
